No, you didn't read wrong; "costume" is plural in the above sentence.
That's because I'm still working on making Lydia for Halloween (now that I have most of the fabric I need, I should be able to get her done quite quickly), but I've also decided to make a Raven (Teen Titans) costume for a convention in my hometown (and if you know my true hometown, yes, apparently we have a convention).

I got my wig for Raven today actually. It's the perfect shade of purple and really messy, but nothing a flat iron and a good brush won't fix. Plus, it's weirdly asymmetrically cut the way that Raven's hair actually is. I'm still going to cut it (with lots of help from , of course), but it's kind of freakish that it's already like that.

Perhaps I shall post pictures of these costumes once they are complete, but then again, maybe I won't.

P.S. As much as I hate being up late to do homework, it is SO worth it when my roommate starts talking in her sleep. She just yelled "Puh! Puh! Puh!" and then giggled.
